Beanie journey update 0.1

Changelog:

Changed the background in the menu and the font.

Increased the size of locations.

Fixed a bug with potions and arrows.Now they fall from enemies.

Added friendly Grapefruit mobs. They restore the player's health if you get close to them. They run away when they are damaged.

Changed All Textures, sounds and music.

Removed towers at locations with bosses.
